I have completed second group of intermediate in 1999. Now can I continue or write the first group of intermediate?

    Yes, you can do second group of intermediate even though you have done your first part in 1999. There is as such no restrictions on the major gap of any courses conduct by ICAI. You can contact to the institute for your queries, because there are the one how can help you at this best. May be that say you to comply with certain norms but I am pretty sure that you can continue you CA studies now.
