Yes, you can apply for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) if you have completed your study from IGNOU as CTPM in 2013. But usually for TET, eligibility needs graduation with at least 50% marks and/or a B.Ed or an equivalent qualification. Since CTPM is a certificate program, it is not equivalent to
