I have completed UG in IT+PG Diploma in IT (CDAC) and have a couple of certifications like MCSE, Oracle and DBA. What should I do next?
I am 31 years old. I have experience of 7-8 years in IT KPO/BPO and other organisations. I am, right now, a Senior Level Customer Care Executive.

Hi,
It's great to see that you have done couple of certifications but the industry and technology are fast moving towards Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning. I would advise you should grab a certification in Cloud Computing may be AWS or Azure.
