    Without M.Sc or MCA or B.Tech You Are Strictly Not Eligible for doing M.Tech . And more thing B.Sc in IT From NIIT Degree is not Considered by engineering Colleges as NIIT Provide This Course to Any Stream of Students Where As to do B.Sc Course Only Science Students Are eligible.

    Dear Harimon;
    Bsc it is no way equivallant to B Tech ;so you are not elligible for m tech;if you do a master degree in this descipline or related descipline then you can apply/thought for m tech.
    best of luck.
