I have currently very low GPA(2.4) in EE,and i want to do m.s. in EE in USA,if i score nearly 310 in GRE and 7-ielts then possible for me?

Hi,
Please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 70%-80% plus or equivalent GPA in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL
