i have degree registration of Kerala university but i discontinued my studies... is it a problem to join a degree of another university

Hello Vish, If you have taken a transfer certificate from the college in which you have studied previously, then you can join degree in any other university. If you are planning to go for a different university, then you may also need MIGRATION CERTIFICATE. If you have them, you can apply straight
