i have did HSC from commerce stream,can i do part time Pharmacy or any small certification course that gives me the license to work in medi

I have completed the 12 from commerce 65% Mumbai university and diploma in E&T,now i want to do the Pharmacy or any small certification course which gives me the license that allows me to work in Medical shop.kindly give the colleges and the duration of the course.revert me back as earliest.Thankoyu
