I have did my B.E. instrumentation am i eligible for appearing directly for section b of amie

I did my BE instrumentation working on electrical dept offshore industry, want to pursue electrical degree through AMIE , am i eligible for appearing directly for Section b if so pls suggest the proper way to aapply for same
