I have different names on admit card of NEET and 10th/12th marksheet. What do I do?

In NEET admit card, my name is according to Aadhar card which is missing my surname, but all other documents have my name with surname in it. Will this cause problem during counseling?

    It may cause problems for you to be admitted if your name appears differently on your 10th and 12th-grade report and your NEET admit card. To prevent further issues, it's critical to resolve this disparity as soon as feasible. 

    Get in contact with the NEET exam's conducting organization, the National Testing Agency (NTA). Describe the circumstances and ask for advice on how to get the name on your admit card changed to reflect your grade report from grades 10 and 12.
