I have diploma in civil engineering (2010-2013) after 10th. Am I eligible to pursue MBA?
I have diploma in civil engineering from government polytechnic college Srinagar (2010-2013) after 10th. I'm doing a job since last 3 years.

As far as I am aware, you need to be a graduate to pursue an MBA.

The education frame work of our country is such. Formal education pattern of 10+2+3=15 years of education is followed for becoming a graduate. Whereas, for a diploma engineer, its usually 10+3 years=13 years so is not equated to being a graduate .

Diploma in engineering is not a graduation. So, its not a criteria for Master's degree. For a masters degree, you must have a bachelor's degree. Rather, you can opt for BE, you will get admission in 3 semester. After completion of BE or B.Tech, you can surely go for MBA.

Whether its marketing, finance or HR, for pursuing MBA you must be a graduate. If you want to go in marketing, I would suggest you to purse BBA first. This will give you an exposure to commerce and also make you graduate.
