I have diploma in elec and comm. engg. with 8 years of working experience in IT industry. Am I eligible for MBA?

you are not eligible for mba course because the eligibility for mba is graduation.on the basis of diploma you are not eligible for mba whether you have experience or not it doesn't matter.

Of course yes. MBA has no age criteria. u can do MBA in whichever age u like.
