I have discontinue my btech in 3rd year and i got my certificates from my college now i want to rejoin in my btech from 3rd year is possible

Hello Goutham,
Rejoining B.Tech in 3rd year is quite not possible, however you do approach some private colleges for better assistance, meanwhile the chances are very slim.
