I have discontinued my b.tech course .i don't know what to do? how get my certificates from the institute&shall i pay for it?from kerala

I am studying b.tech at mukkam,kerala .i discontinued my b.tech course how get my certificates from the institute for attending another course? shall i pay for the certificates?
