I have discontinued my civil engineering. Can I join Diploma in civil engineering based on 12th?

Yes, you can surely join, but why? Diploma is three years while graduation is a four-year course. Difference of only one year. I feel you should not give up hope. I am sure, if you got admission then you are capable of passing too. Meet principal if you have financial worries.
