I have discontinued my engineering in 2nd year due to health issues. Is it possible for me to join 3rd year in any college?
I don't have any arrears.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in restarting your studies. There is absolutely no problems. You just approach your college giving them mark list of the last exam that you passed, documents about your health issues as to why you had to discontinue & doctors cert as to now yo

That of course is illegal. You give a simple application in writing addressing it to the principal and seek response after one week. Else you will have to consult a lawyer.
