For B.Com you must have completed 10+2 from a certified board. Apply in any college you want as per their eligibility criteria
One can pursue Accountant, Account Executive, Business Executive, Financial Analyst, Tax Consultant, Tax Consultant, Accounts Manager, Business Consultant, Finance Man

Yes, of course, you are eligible. For B.Com course Eligibility criteria:
