Management Education at any level is useful unless you have atleast a Higher Learningat school level. Complete it in a Distance mode in your favourite subject and become fully qualified Reputed organisation demands XII Std for a Diploma also Unrecognised & Unapproved are offered this, but it'll be useful for you
