I have discontinued with B.Tech 2nd year I asked my ssc, inter certificates at college management but they have refused to give. What to do.

    The management should give you in any case as the Certificate belongs to you. And for the management they have no rights to hold your Certificate once you discontinue the course. One reason for the management for not giving your Certificate back could be any outstanding fees that is not been cleared with the college. Once you clear all the dues and get a signature from your department head, then you will be allowed to quit and take back your Certificate.
