after 10th 3 years diploma 75% and 2 years presea TRAINING 81%, passed certificate of competency exam MEO class ii, 6 years work experience

Unfortunately, notwithstanding your experience, you are not eligible for MBA. One has to pass 12th and then a degree in any stream to qualify for MBA admission as it is a post graduate degree course.

You can do your meo class I. then as per IMU guidelines and circular 1628 you are eligible to appear for MS or MBA programme of IMU which is approved by UGC.
