There are not many universities in Canada that have a good reputation or offer a Masters in Petroleum Engineering degree. as u have mentioned ur previous choices in which u would like to go further ur 6.0 bands are not good enough...u have to give it all over again you need atleast 6.5 to 7.0 bands to go further with the application process
