I have don PGDM(IB) and my course is AICTE approves but not accredited by NBA. Am I eligible to work as a lecturer in Degree colleges or universities and is my course equivalent to MBA?

Yes only if your course is approved by UGC. AICTE approves the Institution. NBA is like AICTE.
