I have done 10th and failed in maths and chemistry in 12th. Can I pursue B.Sc in library science?

Eligibility for B.Sc. Library science in IGNOU:
i) Bachelors degree with 50% marks ( 45% for students of SC/ST/OBC/PH category)
OR
ii) Bachelors degree with a Diploma ( one year) in Library Science
OR
iii) Bachelors Degree with two years of working experience in a Library & Information Centre
