I have done 10th. Can I get a seat for computer engineering Diploma in any college?

Yes, you can. After 10th you have to write POLYCET through which you will be getting admission into some Polytechnic college based on the rank you get in POLYCET. You can also have a chance to select the branch of your favour. But if you choose this, then you will lose chance of getting into IIT or
