I have done 10th class in CBSE and for some reason, I have to change my school in PSEB. Will it be a better choice?

It will be not a problem anyway. Don't take tension. It will be okay. But, don't decrease your marks and percentage.

It doesn't matter. Only your percentage or CGPA will matter in the end, because these marks will be taken into account and not your Board.
