    Shipping Industry is a good sector where one may build a rewarding career. It is an important sector, which is crucial for the growth and stability of the Global Economy. You can continue your study for schooling and complete your class 12th and then you can join B.Tech in Marine or you can join Diploma course in Mechanical or Marine Engineering after class 10th. Completion of the Diploma course should be from a recognised Institute. Minimum marks required in Diploma course is 60%. Candidates should also have minimum 50% marks in English subject (in 10th or 12th standard examination). In case of regular B.E. /B.Tech. Marine Engineering
