I have done 11th and 12th with PCM from GSEB and now I want to repeat 11th and 12th from CBSE board. Is it legally possible?

    Yes you can but think twice before doing this because here you are talking about 2 years. Because doing class 11 and 12 again means that the time you spent now on GSEB class 11 and 12 was totally wasted.
