I have done 12th and I am doing B.Com. Which course should I pursue in banking sector?

It depends on you. If you want to go in government banks then B.Com and M.Com will be good for you. If you want to go in private sector banks then MBA finance. Private sector banks also have a backend process which is for people who have a proper knowledge of computer.
