I have done 12th (commerce) with 68.30% without maths. Am I eligible to pursue CA?

Yes, you can do it. But maths will be tested in your CA foundation exam for 60 marks (MCQ).
After foundation core maths is nowhere required in CA exams.

Yes, you are eligible to do CA. It doesn't matter whether you had maths as a subject in 12th or not.
