Yes you are eligible to apply for admissions for B.Tech in Aeronautical & B.tech in Bio-Tech in the 1st shift as these two courses require minimum 60% in your qualifying exam. But you can apply for all the programmes in the 2nd shift.
For all other B.tech programmes minimum eligibility criteria is-
