    Yes, you are eligible for BCA. Check their website to see the academic excellence they offer.
    You need to pursue your career from a college which gives you the best academic facilities of good faculty, infrastructure, live projects, seminars, exposure, platform, scholarships, placements etc. Lovely Professional University, I know as my cousin studies there, has special training departments for training their students for placements.     As per your percentage you are eligible for BCA admission in LPU university. BCA programme is designed to build programming skills for developing efficient and resource optimized software/website/cloud/mobile applications.     Top Colleges who offer BCA are Christ University, Bengaluru, Department of Computer Applications - SRM University, Chennai, Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies & Research, IMS Noida and LPU.
    I am not pretty sure about the content offered in the institutes except for LPU.
