I have done 12th standard. Is it worth pursuing B.Tech in chemical engineering?

Of course the degree is worth it. Chemical engineering is a vast sector. Job opportunities are high but only problem is to get into job. Once you get into a good firm like FMCG sectors or core chemical making company you will be getting alot knowledge production wise. Top firms are there like ONGC,
