I have done 12th two times second from UP board English medium having only three subjects PCB is it valid for CAT?

My marksheet have only three subject in 12th PCB I have done it private

For CAT, graduation from a recognized university is required.

It matters a lot about your 10th & 12th during IIM shortlisting but to appear for CAT one needs to have just graduated from a recognised university.
