I have done 12th with 79% marks. Can I become a lecturer after doing 4-year B.Ed?

If you have done B.Sc. B.Ed.4 year integrated programme then you can become T.G.T. teacher and after that you have to do Masters to become lecturer. Only 50% marks are required in 12th to become a teacher.
