I have done 12th with arts 90% so in which course I should to go in Canada or Australia.
10= 6.6% 12 arts= 90% IELTS 6.5 not less than 6.

You can go to any of the available course in respective Universities abroad. It's totally depends on your interest, take some time and ask yourself in which subject or field you want to make you career. Good luck.
