Yes, you can absolutely pursue B.Com after completing 12th with Arts. The eligibility requirement is having minimum 40% marks in your 10+2 examination from a recognised school. English or Hindi, Accountancy, and any two of the following subjects - Business studies, Office Management and Secretarial
