I have done 2-year architectural draftsman. Should I go for Diploma or degree in civil engineering?

You should go for B.Tech,because sometimes in various vacancies B.Tech qualification is required.

Dear Mrunal, You are pursue a Diploma in Engineering 3 Years Duration Course. Your Architectural Course will provide you enough practical knowledge. After your Diploma you can pursue a Degree in Engineering.
