I have done 3 year Diploma course in civil engineering, and now I want to do B.Tech, can I take direct admission in 2nd year?
I want to study abroad. I have not studied class 12th. I have started Diploma after class 10th.

You need to apply for lateral entry test in the institute of your choice. You can get a seat easily provided if you have got the eligible percentage and other eligible things. Good Luck.
