I have done 3 year Polytechnic Diploma from Bombay Technical education after 10th standard. Am I eligible for 3 or 5yr LL.B. Course.

    The eligibility criteria for LL.B. Courses may vary from one institution to another. However, as per the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, candidates who have completed a Polytechnic Diploma after 10th standard are not eligible for the 3-year LL.B. Programme. However, you may be eligible for the integrated 5-year LL.B. Programme offered by some institutions, provided you fulfill the other eligibility criteria such as having a minimum aggregate percentage in your Polytechnic Diploma programme, and meeting the age limit criteria set by the institution and BCI.
