I have done 3 years diploma in civil in jhansi, UP. can i get direct secound year admission in any degree expect engineering in chennai?

Hay farose,it's sure that you can get a engineering degree as lateral entry after degree course.if you studied diploma in civil then you can only study in civil engineer(BE/Btech).best of luck.
