I have done a Diploma after class 10th. Can I apply for group-3 state government jobs in APPSC?
In the recent notification of APPSC, they asked for a Bachelors degree from any university but I am a 10+3 (Diploma) student.

Bachelor degree means 10+2+3 or 10+2+4(For professional courses). So in your case 10+3 is not a bachelor degree. So you can't apply APPSC.
