I have done a diploma in Lab Technician in 2006. I have been working Lab Tech. since then. Which is the best college/university for me?

I want to enhance my knowledge and do my further studies. I had take Arts and got 53% in Sr. Secondary exam, Did a diploma in Lab tech and secured the 2nd division in it. I have recently given my IELTS and secured 6.5 bands in it. Kindly suggest me a relavant course for my future ?
