Hello Pramod, The UGC NET and CSIR NET are two different exams, which are conducted for different exams. The candidates who have completed the post-graduation degree can make a career of assistant professor posts in universities or colleges, to pursue Ph.D. and for JRF Awards. The CSIR NET exam is
