Yes, you may be eligible for the KPSC FDA post if you graduated from the Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) in 2015. In 2015, the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) allowed KSOU graduates to apply for the First Division Assistant (FDA) and Second Division Assistant (SDA) posts.
