Yes, of course. The only requirement for UPSC CSE exam is graduation. It doesn't matter what the field of graduation is.

Yes. There are several UPSC exams that a B.A. Student can apply for. You are eligible for exams that take graduation as an eligibility.

Hello there, Of course, you can apply for UPSC. There are no such restrictions on educational qualification for UPSC examination. You just need to be active on social activities on the regular basis.
