I have done B.Com and I have interest in communication. Should I pursue mass communication or go for MBA?

I have a years' gap after my B.Com.

I had gone through the same phrase you are in now. You can look for colleges offering MBA in communication or advertising/public relation/mass media; SIMC being one of them. The field of mass communication is broad, it will be easier if you can decide which field of mass communication you want to be and then can accordingly chooses your courses and institute.

Communication is required everywhere. Fields in MBA are more dispersed and growth is faster comparatively. You can achieve and enter into any domain after getting a MBA degree. An explanation needs to be given why you took an year's gap only if asked.
