I have done B.Com and Montessori course. Which course should I pursue to become a lecturer or secondary level teacher in a govt. school?

You can choose B.Ed. As you have completed graduation, so after doing B.Ed you will be eligible for secondary level.
You need to complete Masters for higher secondary level.
