I have done B.Com and then I did Diploma in web designing. But I am unable to get good salary offers. Should I go for MCA?

The Masters would surely help you get better job offers and a better pay grade possibly. But, good placement would often depend on the college.

https://www.shiksha.com/it-software/colleges/distance-correspondence-mca-colleges-india check out this link. But I would strongly suggest you do it in full time. Cause for some reason companies prefer students with full time degree.
