I have done B.Com and want to go for a job but I am not good at English. What should I do further to get a good job?

Take coaching for ILTES or TOEFEL. Even if you have to stay in India, you should read paper magazine and take a course for grammer and solve grammer text book, like Wren and Martin. You should watch English Channel.
