Not for all states, Infact if you check KVS and JNV website, you are going to find that you are not eligible for TGT SST but as per the last notification of Delhi Government (2012), you are eligible on the bases of business studies and economics. It's mandatory now (for KVS, not for almost all private schools) that if you want to be a teacher of SST or any other subject, then you must have that same subject in your graduation, similarly in B.Ed, you opt for the same subject, but it is not applicable in each and every state. kindly refer to s
