I have done B.Com (H) in finance & want to go for the banking sector. What should I do further?

Its good to hear that you have been thinking to make a career in the Banking Sector. As everyone knows that finance is the backbone of any country's economy whereas banking helps to circulate the money across the country as well as across the world. Banking has been of the Great career field as the Indian economy is developing and which has given many of the foreign banks to come India. Whereas in majority of the Banks their is much need of the Skilled and Tech Savvy Human Resource. One has an opportunity to make a career in the banking field either in Private or Public Sector. One has to choose in which sector one expects to make a career. To become a Bank Manager is not an easy task. You need to complete your graduation from any stream. After completing your graduation you need to give an Bank PO exams that are conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. You need to give this exams and need to pass the exam. After clearing the exam one gets appointed as the Officer. After becoming an officer you need to have a good experience in the banking sector while you need to give the internal promotion exams of the banks and with this you can become a Bank Manager in the Public Sector Bank.
